Ksenia Mikhailova (b.1988) is a self-taught artist and set designer from Moscow, Russia. Her work is focused on building sculptures with the most universal objects and bringing out their poetic side.
She started getting interested in photography while studying linguistics at university, and a couple of years after graduating came to work as a photo editor and put all her time to that. A few years later, she returned to photography – but through sculpture.
In 2019 Ksenia was featured in Vogue project VogueWorld100 and collaborated on a zine with the publishing house Las Injurias. Today she works with local media and brands as well as doing personal projects
